Feedii Inc. ("Feedii," "we," "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and share your personal information through the Feedii iOS application and related services. By using Feedii, you agree to the data practices described in this policy.

1. Data We Collect

To provide personalized health tracking, we collect the following types of information:

• •Meal Photos & Nutrition Data: Photos you take of meals, along with nutritional information, calorie counts, and macronutrient data captured via AI food recognition or manual entry.
• •Exercise Data: Your workout logs, activity types, duration, calories burned, and exercise frequency.
• •Sleep Data: Sleep duration, sleep stage analysis, and sleep quality scores.
• •Weight & Body Metrics: Weight entries, BMI calculations, and body composition data you log.
• •Apple HealthKit Data: With your explicit permission, health metrics synced from Apple Health including steps, heart rate, HRV, blood oxygen, and more.
• •Community Content: Posts, images, and interactions you share in the community feed.
• •AI Health Coach Conversations: Chat messages exchanged with the AI health coach, used to generate personalized guidance.
• •Account Information: Name and email address provided via Apple Sign-In, plus health goals and basic profile details you set.
• •Device & Usage Information: Device model, OS version, crash logs, and anonymized usage analytics to improve the app.

2. How We Use Your Data

We use your data for the following purposes:

• •Analyzing meal photos through AI food recognition to provide accurate nutritional breakdowns.
• •Generating personalized health insights based on your diet, exercise, and sleep patterns.
• •Powering the AI health coach to deliver contextual, actionable recommendations.
• •Displaying content you choose to share in community features.
• •Writing data back to Apple HealthKit (such as nutrition summaries) to keep your health data unified.
• •Improving our services, fixing bugs, and enhancing AI model accuracy.
• •Sending service-related notifications such as subscription renewal reminders.

3. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored in a secure cloud database provided by Supabase. All data is encrypted in transit using TLS and encrypted at rest using AES-256. We implement row-level security policies ensuring only you can access your own health data. Meal photos are deleted from AI processing servers after analysis and are not retained long-term. Our infrastructure is hosted in industry-leading data centers meeting SOC 2 security standards.

4. Third-Party Services

To provide core functionality, we work with the following third-party services:

• •AI Food Recognition Providers (Google Gemini, Kimi): Meal photos are sent to AI services for analysis. Images are used solely for recognition and are not shared or used for training by third parties.
• •Apple HealthKit: With your permission, we read from and write to Apple Health. Apple's privacy policy governs HealthKit data handling.
• •Apple App Store: Subscription payments are processed by Apple. We do not have access to your payment details.
• •Supabase: Our cloud database and backend infrastructure provider, operating under strict data processing agreements.

5. Data Sharing

We never sell your personal data. Feedii is ad-free — our business model is built on subscription revenue, not data monetization. We only share data: (1) with service providers necessary to deliver core features, under confidentiality agreements; (2) when required by law or to protect our rights; (3) with your explicit consent. In the event of a merger or acquisition, your data would transfer under the same privacy terms with advance notice to you.

6. Your Rights

You have the following rights regarding your data:

• •Data Export: Export all your health data from Settings → Data & Privacy within the app.
• •Account Deletion: Deleting your account permanently removes all your data from our servers within 30 days.
• •Data Correction: You may edit or correct your profile and health data at any time within the app.
• •Revoke HealthKit Access: Revoke Feedii's access to Apple Health at any time through iOS Settings.
• •Opt Out of Analytics: Disable usage analytics sharing in app settings.

7. Children's Privacy

Feedii is not intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, please contact us immediately at support@feedii.com and we will delete it promptly.

8. Data Retention

We retain your data for the duration of your active account. Following account deletion, personal data is permanently purged within 30 days. Anonymized, aggregated statistics may be retained longer to comply with legal obligations.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. For material changes, we will notify you in advance via in-app notification or email. Continued use of Feedii constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
