1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to Feedii. By downloading, installing, or using the Feedii application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the service. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Feedii Inc.

2. Service Description

Feedii is an AI-powered health tracking iOS application that provides: food recognition and nutrition tracking via multi-model AI (Gemini, Kimi); exercise, sleep, and weight logging; integration with Apple HealthKit and Apple Watch; personalized guidance through an AI health coach; and a community feed for sharing health milestones. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature with reasonable advance notice.

3. User Accounts

Feedii uses Sign in with Apple for authentication. Your account responsibilities include:

• •Maintaining the security of your Apple ID and preventing unauthorized access.
• •Being responsible for all activity that occurs through your account.
• •Notifying us immediately at support@feedii.com of any unauthorized use.
• •Maintaining only one account per user.

4. Subscription & Billing

Feedii Premium is available through Apple App Store subscriptions:

• •All payments are processed by Apple and subject to Apple's payment terms.
• •Subscriptions automatically renew within 24 hours before the current billing period ends.
• •To cancel, manage your subscription through App Store Settings at least 24 hours before the current period ends.
• •Refund requests are handled through Apple's standard refund policy.
• •We reserve the right to change pricing with at least 30 days' advance notice.

5. User Content

You retain ownership of posts, photos, and other content you share in the Feedii community ("User Content"). By posting, you grant Feedii a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and process that content solely for the purpose of operating the service. We will not use your User Content for advertising purposes. You are responsible for the legality and accuracy of content you post and for ensuring you have the rights to post it.

6. AI Services Disclaimer

Feedii's food recognition is AI-powered and provides estimated nutritional data — not guaranteed precision. Actual nutritional content varies with ingredients, preparation methods, and portion sizes. All health insights, nutritional suggestions, and coaching guidance provided by AI are informational only and do not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Consult a qualified healthcare professional before making significant dietary or health changes.

7. Health Disclaimer

Feedii is not a medical device and is not intended to replace professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Information within the app is for general health and fitness tracking only. If you have a medical condition, take medications, or before starting any new diet or exercise program, always consult a licensed physician or other qualified healthcare provider. Never disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of information from Feedii.

8. Prohibited Use

When using Feedii, you agree not to:

• •Post harassing, hateful, discriminatory, or harmful content in the community feed.
• •Spam, automate messages, or engage in unauthorized commercial solicitation.
• •Impersonate others or create false accounts.
• •Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or gain unauthorized access to our systems.
• •Use the service for any illegal purpose or in violation of applicable laws.
• •Upload content containing malware or harmful code.

9. Termination

You may delete your account at any time through Settings → Account → Delete Account in the app. Feedii reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, abuse community features, or as required for legal compliance. Upon termination, your data will be handled as described in our Privacy Policy. Accounts terminated for violations are not entitled to refunds of prepaid subscription fees.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Feedii Inc. is not liable for: damages arising from reliance on AI-generated nutrition or health information; service interruptions or data loss; damages caused by user-generated content; or any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages exceeding the total amount you paid for the service in the 12 months prior to the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow exclusion of certain warranties or limitation of certain damages, so the above limitations may not apply to you.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in California.
